This completely new system concept, based on the plasma treatment of the label position, was planned by BPS and implemented as a turnkey project within 10 months.
Sorting and orientated feeding of screw caps, cleaning and surface treatment by Openair®-Plasma - labelling, label inspection and packaging in outer cartons.
BPS was responsible for the concept development, justification calculation and project management. The customer was, as always, supported up to commissioning by BPS.
